THE REFLECTION ROOM

Come sit, relax and engage in deep dialogue with myself and other like-hearted women, as we authentically and organically reflect on the mystery, complexity, beauty and difficulty of fertility, pregnancy, birth and the postpartum time, as it relates to your life.

This space is created to be a sanctuary of safety, connection and co-regulation, where you can ask, ponder, unravel, and reflect upon the deepest, most intimate facets of your life as a woman.

Linger in the presence of authenticity and vulnerability, while coming into deeper understanding of the sacred and delicate truths of fertility, pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum time.

We will come together in unity and as a community of women once a week for 4 weeks to slowly, deeply and fully reflect upon these great mysteries of life. You will be seen, held, heard and exalted, so that you walk away feeling full, nourished, nurtured, and enlightened in your body, mind, soul, and being, as you prepare for the extraordinary journey of fertility, pregnancy, birth and/or the postpartum time.
